Importance of Vaastu in a real estate: the belief
Vaastu Shastra is said to be the main channel between the human being and all the five elements as bhoomi, jala, vayu, Agni and aakasha. Now a days many residential and even commercial real estate in Patna are constructed based on the Vaastu Shastra; for gaining a fruitful result from the said five elements. Vaastu Shastra is needed for all the aspects; starting from site selection, site planning, site direction, position of rooms to the character of buildings. By constructing a property on perfect Vaastu recommendations, these five elements lead their way to enhance wealth, health, prosperity and happiness in the corresponding human beings life.
Vaastu helps to diminish the problems of the occupants that relates to wealth, health, prosperity and happiness just by making a slight changes to the interior or exterior building configurations. It is believed that the orientation or the direction of a building should be planned on the basis of the rotation of the planets. Those buildings which are not planned by following this orientation method as proposed by Vaastu Shastra will suffer from invisible problems. Orientation in Vaastu Shastra refers to all the eight directions as east, west, north, south, northeast, northwest, southeast and southwest. These are considered to be the conjunction points where the two basic directions meet. This theory is well explained under Vaastu Purusha Mandala.
Vaastu Purusha Mandala: The complete vaastu that is needed for a real estate.
Vaastu Purusha Mandala is an indispensable part of Vaastu Shastra. It constitutes the mathematical and diagrammatic basis for generating a real estate design. “Purusha” is said to be the energy, power, soul or a cosmetic man. “Mandala” is a generic name for a site plan and represents the cosmos symbolically, a microcosm of the universe.
“Earth is a big ball of fire”, a scientific assumption.
“Earth is represented as a square”, when refers to Hindu cosmology and this is the most fundamental of all Hindu forms. Earth is represented as four cornered also called as “chaturbhuji” and represented in the physical form of “Prithvi Mandala”. All the astrological charts or horoscopes also represented in this square plan basing on the position of sun, moon, planets and zodiac signs.
Vaastu Purusha Mandala is a metaphysical plan of a building/temple/site that incorporates the course of heavenly bodies and super natural forces.
Vaastu Purusha Mandala depicted with the portions that are allocated hierarchically to each god basing on certain contributions. Brahma occupied the central position called as “Brahmasthana” and the other gods were distributed around in a concentric pattern as described below:
- Northeast – Eeshanya – Ruled by Lord of all quarters – Lord Shiva (For luck and faith).
- East – Aditya – Ruled by Sun God (Looking after the world).
- Southeast – Agni – Ruled by Lord of Fire (Generating energy).
- South – Yama – Ruled by Lord of Death (Damaging the world).
- Southwest – Pitru/ Nairuthi – Ruled by ancestors (History).
- West – Varuna – Ruled by Lord of Water (Physical).
- Northwest – Vayu – Ruled by Lord of Winds (Advertisement).
- North – Kubera – Ruled by Lord of Wealth (Finance).
- Center – Brahma – Ruled by the Creator of the Universe (Desire).
From this theory, it is clear that we are living along with the above said gods in the corresponding positions. Hence, it will be fruitful if you consider these Vaastu positions before investing for a real estate in Patna.
